ASU summer sports camps are right around the corner. Have you registered?

Alabama State University Athletics is partnering with the City of Montgomery to offer FREE youth sports camps on ASU’s campus for kids ages 8–14.

From cheer and tennis to bowling, football, soccer, and more, campers will have the chance to learn new skills, stay active, and have fun alongside ASU coaches and student athletes.

This month marks Friendship Mission’s 30th year of service to help those who are impoverished.

Homelessness is heavy work, but this year has reminded us that JOY can still be found in serving others. As Friendship Mission celebrates 30 years of helping hungry and homeless men, women, and children, we are overwhelmed by the support from our community.

From churches joining our meal train, to volunteers organizing our shelters, to students lending helping hands, so many people have stepped up to say YES. Every meal served, every hour volunteered, and every act of kindness helps bring hope to those who need it most.
