Thank you to everyone that came to the auction. We had a good day and it was dry for most of the day. It actually sprinkled a little in the afternoon so we can't say it didn't rain but we were blessed with a beautiful day. Thanks for the support.

Good Day Folks.... The time for our annual auction is almost here again. The first Saturday in May. We can hope and pray that it doesn't rain....... We've added a few possible restrictions to the consignors. Please don't bring anything after 7pm Friday evening unless you made prior arrangements and please don't bring items Saturday morning except guns. No consignments after the auction starts. Donations can be brought Saturday morning. Also we reserve the right to limit items including guns. This auction is getting so large we don't have room and time to get it all done so we're going to possibly start limiting some items. We might turn away items that we don't think will sell.... Thankyou to everyone who comes despite the weather and makes this fundraiser successful for us. We really appreciate the support. See you there.

As many of you are aware, Overton County has experienced two tragic structure fires in the past week, both resulting in heartbreaking loss of life. Please keep these families in your thoughts and prayers—and also remember the firefighters and responders who answered the call. Incidents like these stay with us for a long time.
Now is the time to make sure your home is protected. Working smoke alarms save lives, and we want to help ensure every home in our community is prepared. Our department has partnered with the Tennessee State Fire Marshal’s Get Alarmed Tennessee program for several years, allowing us to provide and install smoke detectors free of charge.
