Join the Monett Police and Fire Departments for an evening of food, music, games, and a chance to meet the first responders who serve our community.

Today, on Patriot Day, we remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honor the bravery and sacrifice of first responders everywhere.

We’re especially grateful for our local first responders who serve our community each and every day. Thank you for answering the call, for protecting our neighbors, and for your selfless service.

Tomorrow, Friday, September 11, the Monett Early Childhood Center will hold a special 9/11 Parade to honor and thank local first responders and emergency personnel who serve our community.

Please note that emergency vehicles will be present at or near MECC during this planned event.

We are grateful for the opportunity to help our youngest Cubs learn about service, sacrifice, gratitude, and community.
