Our heart goes out to all of those affected by the tornado.

We sincerely appreciate all of the donors that trusted our organization with the stewardship of funds to Palo Pinto County residents affected by the tornado.

We are blown away at the generosity of Woody's Bar & Grill for their fundraising campaign and financial support.

We are so grateful for the partnership with United Way Of PPC and for assisting with the vetting of those affected by the tornado.

Tonight was a wonderful and SUPER busy night at The Community Kitchen!! ❤️

Due to the large influx of guests, we will begin offering to-go meals at 6:00 PM with any food left.

We still encourage anyone and everyone to come sit down and enjoy a meal with us — we will make sure there is plenty for you! 🍽️

Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support of our community.

We know that not every family affected by a disaster fits into one category. You may have insurance. You may have income. You may have resources of your own — but still be facing unexpected costs, repairs, lost wages, temporary housing needs, childcare challenges, or other expenses that came out of nowhere.

That’s where we want to help fill in the gaps!

If the storm created a financial burden for your household, we encourage you to fill out the attached assistance form. This will help us better understand your situation and connect you with available resources, support, and possible reimbursement assistance.

Disaster recovery looks different for every family, and asking for help does not mean you don’t have means — it means you were impacted, and your community wants to help you recover.
