We’re still in the middle of the Click It or Ticket campaign — and we’re still busting seat belt myths!

❌ MYTH: “Seat belts can hurt you in a crash.”

✅ BUSTED: Properly worn safety belts seldom cause injuries. While a seat belt may leave minor bruises, those injuries are generally far less severe than the injuries you could suffer without one. Studies consistently show that injuries in serious crashes would have been much worse if safety belts had not been worn.

🔹 The RIGHT seat belt fit matters:
✔️ The shoulder belt should lay flat across the middle of your chest and away from your neck.
✔️ The lap belt should fit across your hips — NOT your stomach.
✔️ Never place the shoulder belt behind your back or under your arm.

Wearing your seat belt correctly could save your life. Buckle up every trip, every time.

- Interpreting or completing court documents
- Preparing deeds, mortgages, or other official documents
– Performing a title search
