Mt. Pisgah Hawkwatch

Mt. Pisgah Hawkwatch Mt. Pisgah Hawkwatch takes place each Fall at Mile Marker 404.5, aka Mills River Overlook, in Western North Carolina on the Blue Ridge Parkway.

The season runs roughly from September 1st to the end of October.

A look at the Overlook...it's hard to believe that in only 6 months our Hawks will be heading South again! Osprey is already showing up in the area as a returning migrant. The Broad-wings will be soon returning to our area as well!
