Middle Haddam, Connecticut Middle Haddam is a picturesque hamlet set within the town of East Hampton, Connecticut.

Situated on the East side of the Connecticut River, 25 minutes south of Hartford, Middle Haddam Historic District enjoys a picturesque and colorful history of sea captains, shipbuilding and commerce. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984 and this encompasses 1100 acres, 58 historic buildings and 3 additional structures.
