Sometimes you just have to get up and walk.

Today I walked from the police station all the way to Bayside, grabbed a strawberry banana pineapple smoothie, sat by the water, and just took a moment for myself. No rushing, no overthinking—just breathing.

For a little while, I felt relief. And honestly, that was enough.

Life can get heavy, but I’m learning that it’s okay to pause, reset, and take care of yourself however you need to.

The event at the Scott Galvin Community Center carried a powerful focus on mental health and emotional wellness within the reentry community—a conversation that is long overdue and deeply needed.

The panels were engaging and eye-opening, with mental health professionals and advocates speaking on healing, support, and breaking stigma. The Declarations of Triumph were unforgettable—filled with strength, vulnerability, and personal victories that touched everyone in the room.

The presence of so many vendors and community organizations ensured attendees had access to critical resources that support not just survival—but true healing and success.

Today’s Women’s Health Symposium: Allowing Your Heart to Speak was nothing short of amazing! 💕

The turnout was incredible, and every speaker brought powerful insight, encouragement, and inspiration. The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was filled with genuine fellowship, laughter, and love.

It was truly a beautiful experience watching women come together, uplift one another, and create a space where every voice mattered. Moments like this remind us of the strength we hold when we stand united.
