Today marks the start of Su***de Prevention Awareness Month, a time to encourage open conversations, reduce stigma, and offer support. If you know someone who is struggling, ask them directly about how they're feeling, and if they are considering harming themselves. Listen, and respond nonjudgmentally by saying, "Tell me more about that." There are many resources to tap into including the 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline; the Mental Health Association, and NAMI to name a few. These aren't easy conversations to have but may save a life. ๐ ***dePreventionAwarenessMonth
