This is the post oak fall trail in the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge.

This trail leads to a small waterfall which is a great place to relax. To experience the waterfall at its best, it's recommended to go after a recent rain.

Along the way, there are beautiful views of Treasure Lake and rock formations

The Elk Mountain short loop is one of the 5 trails which can lead you to the sunset pool in the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge.

This 1.2-mile loop trail is nice for birding, and hiking. Dogs are allowed but must be on a leash.

Have fun hiking this trail!
