Subsidized Apartments Available Now! The Housing Authority has apartments available at Lilac Meadow Phase I located at 3009 Cummings Lane, Medford. These 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments feature air conditioning, onsite laundry, playgrounds and ample green space. Best of all, the rent is based on your income!
Income limits do apply. To pick up an application and full screening criteria, visit the Housing Authority office at 2251 Table Rock Road, Medford. The Housing Authority is an equal opportunity housing provider. Preference at this community for families who work in agriculture.
