REQUEST FOR BIDS
IT SERVICES & EQUIPMENT LEASING

The City of McRae-Helena is accepting sealed bids from qualified information technology (IT) firms to provide comprehensive IT services and equipment leasing for City operations.
Services should include, but are not limited to:
Managed IT support for City departments
On-site and remote technical support
Computer and workstation support
Network, server, and infrastructure management
Cybersecurity, antivirus, and system monitoring
Data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery services
Microsoft 365 administration and support
Email and user account management
Hardware and software installation and maintenance
IT security and system updates
Technical troubleshooting and consulting
Equipment leasing, replacement, and lifecycle management for computers, servers, networking equipment, and other necessary IT equipment
Proposals should include company qualifications, scope of services, response times, references, proposed pricing, equipment leasing options, and proposed contract terms. IT service costs and equipment leasing costs should be clearly identified.
All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “IT SERVICES & EQUIPMENT LEASING BID.”

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
CEMETERY MAINTENANCE

The City of McRae-Helena is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the maintenance of City cemeteries totaling approximately 23.16 acres. Bid packets may be picked up at McRae-Helena City Hall. Completed proposals must be submitted on the appropriate form and turned in at McRae-Helena City Hall no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Monday, September 14, 2026. The contractor must maintain general liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000 and workers' compensation insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000 and furnish proof of such insurance. Questions regarding the proposal or scope of work should be directed to John Deep, Heather Stokes, or Joe Page at 229-868-6051.
