Research Opportunity for Families with Children Ages 3–5
Families who participate will receive a $25 gift card and a free children's book as a thank you for participating in a Harvard University research study on storytelling and language development.
Participation involves:
• A short caregiver survey (about 10 minutes)
• Recording three brief storytelling and book-sharing activities with your child at home
• Approximately 20–30 minutes total

We were just visited by the AFF's Kentucky Outreach Forester, Olivia Thomas, who told us about this Family Forest Carbon Program. It's a 20-year contract for 30+ acres of forested land, where you receive payments of $12.10 per acre per year.
