Looking for something fun to do with the kids this Saturday September 5th? Stop by Book Exchange Marietta from 12-4pm to meet one of our favorite local children authors!

🐾 Brittany Petish, creator of the award-winning “True Heart Tails” series, will be here sharing her inspiring stories based on real animals that teach courage, kindness, and compassion.

🧸 Saturday, Sept. 5 | 12–4 PM — Come meet children’s author Brittany Petish! Bring the young readers in your life and stop by to say hello.

🔎 Thursday, Sept. 10 | 6:30 PM — Our Mystery & General Fiction Book Clubs are joining forces for a special evening with Phillip W. Price, author of “Paying His Dues”! A former GBI agent turned mystery author from Atlanta, Phillip brings a unique perspective to his stories.

👻 Saturday, Sept. 19 | 12–4 PM — We’re welcoming Frank Reddy, a Southern gothic and horror author whose stories explore small-town folklore, corruption, and trauma. If you like your fiction dark, eerie, and rooted in the South, you won’t want to miss this one!

✍️ Sunday, Sept. 20 | 3 PM — The Kindred Spirits Writers Critique Group meets for an afternoon of sharing, writing, and constructive feedback.

Join us Saturday, August 15, from 12-4pm as we welcome Marietta native, Harrison High alum, and KSU graduate Beck Duffield for a special book signing! 📚✍️

Beck is a poet, educator, vocalist, and open mic host whose work tackles the hard conversations with honesty, compassion, and hope. Her poetry reminds us that even in our messiest moments, we don’t have to face them alone. ❤️

Pick up signed copies of “Spheres,” a powerful collection exploring the ways our lives shape (and are shaped by) our spheres of influence, and “Letters from the Front,” an inspiring journey through trauma, healing, resilience, and self-compassion.
