Congratulations to Walton’s 2026 Jackie Auerbach Award recipient, Ms. Heather Guiendon! 💙❤️

As lead coach of the Walton Robotics Team and a dedicated engineering educator, Heather inspires students daily through Advanced Engineering and Aerospace courses, STEM outreach, and mentorship. She creates an inclusive environment where students are encouraged to take risks, discover their strengths, and grow as leaders.

From hosting summer camps and Girls FIRST STEM nights to guiding students toward World Championship robotics competition and Governor’s Honors Program recognition, Heather’s impact reaches far beyond the classroom. Her passion for STEM education and commitment to supporting students make her an incredible role model for the Walton community.

We are so proud to recognize Ms. Heather Guiendon for the difference she makes in the lives of Walton students every day! 👏🤖✨

We’re gearing up for this year’s Shop With a Raider event, and we need your help to make it a success. We are collecting donations of wrapping paper, gift bags, ribbon, tissue paper, and tape to ensure every gift is packaged with care and holiday cheer. If you’re able to contribute, please drop off items at the front office by December 10.
