SNAP recipients can sign up for email and text alerts on the ConnectEBT Mobile App and the EBT Cardholder Portal at https://www.connectebt.com/. SNAP recipients can choose to receive alerts for new transactions and if there are changes made to their account. These alerts will help recipients to manage activity on their account.

The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services will distribute full November SNAP benefits by mid-next week.

The amount you will receive is how much your full benefit for November should have been minus any partial payment you received. All recipients will receive their remaining benefits next week, regardless of their usual issuance date.

Following new federal guidance from the USDA Food and Nutrition Service, ODJFS will begin issuing partial November SNAP benefits as soon as Wednesday, with distributions continuing daily. The exact amount will vary, but most households will receive less than 65% of their usual benefit.

Households that haven’t received their November benefits yet will begin seeing partial payments this week.
Those whose normal issuance day hasn’t passed will receive partial payments on their regularly scheduled day.
Some households may receive no benefit this week, depending on income and eligibility.
