Following 20 years of service with the Marana Police Department, officer Hayden Mosher retired today. He spent his entire career at with the Marana Police. Officer Mosher was part of the K-9 unit and his dog Remy will retire with him. Pictured is Terry Rozema, Manager with the Town of Marana reading a proclamation to office Mosher. Also pictures is officer Mosher giving his final police radio sign-off.

It was great day at Tucson International Airport - TUS where Marana Council members and staff were invited to see a lot of the behind the scenes and even a walk on the new 10,000 foot runway under construction. The runway consists of a rock base with 15 inches of concrete to handle heavy plane take-offs and Landings. The runways must be 150 feet wide and must be constructed in strips Fly Tucson!!
