Where Is Zach Now?

Update! Justice finally prevailed for Zach! As many know and heard in previous post, his contact with us was being severed by mom until the trial date of May 6th this year. Everything finally came out in Trial and the record was set straight! We were careful not to share this until now because technically the order did not take effect until July 1st so we didn’t want Zach to be punished for us sharing this information while he was still trapped in Marana (We believe this was a small oversight) none the less even after trial mom did not allow us any physical contact with Zach until July 1st. Zach is home now in Kingman, excited to start school here this year and make new friends! We celebrated his 13th birthday with him almost 4 months late but that’s the 1st birthday we’ve ever been able to celebrate with him. We are just overjoyed with excitement and anticipation of where our future family/father son relationship goes. Attached is also the courts findings and ruling in all of this. We are very grateful and have restored faith in the family court justice system in Pima county. Read it for yourself, never give up, document everything and never loose hope!

Zach recorded an interrogation with his Mother that he was met with after we dropped him off from his winter break with us. The video was uploaded to the cloud for us to view before his mom could delete it.

Please Prey for Zach and if you are close to him please keep him close. This is one of the Voicemails he left us from his friends phone yesterday. (Hit play and Volume up) we received this yesterday from him. Mom’s confirmation message in the comments. Unfortunately May 6th is just our next hearing set for an evidentiary hearing. Zach doesn’t understand it will be even longer than that 😭😭 !

Well, we have an idea of where Zach is not today……….unfortunately Mom has severed ours and Zach’s communication again and claims we will not have communication until the court orders it. Hopefully he’s not 1 of the children Grandma has “taken in”

Zach got to hang out with us for Thanksgiving and go out on the boat for the last ride of the season!

Our Family had the privilege of hanging out with Zach for the first time this weekend! We hid out in Cave Creek, Cruised the mini monster truck down to Dino’s Git Down at State Farm Stadium, had some breakfast at our Family’s favorite restaurant in Scottsdale the “Sugar Jam”. Swam like polar bears in the ice cold pool, got a little bit of self care in with hair cuts & trims, made some unforgettable memories, talked a lot, grilled some hamburgers and hot dogs! What an awesome weekend!
