I have been practicing Mehndi (henna art) for over 15 years. I freehand my designs, drawing henna paste onto the skin. The paste is left on for at least an hour. After it is removed, a burnt umber colored design is left in its place that lasts up to two weeks. Having a Henna is safe, and fun.... its pampering!
