Four years ago today, on May 31, 2022, the Mansfield Fire Department welcomed five new firefighters to our ranks: Mike Garn, Isaiah Adams, Patrick Ryan, Elijah West, and Mitchell Perry.

Many may remember the swearing-in ceremony at Station 1, where Firefighter Mike Garn had his badge pinned by his father, Assistant Chief Robert Garn. (picture thanks to Carl Hunnell at Richland Source)

Over the past four years, each has contributed to our mission of protecting lives and property while serving our community with professionalism and dedication.

Today, we recognize and thank Firefighters Mike Garn, Isaiah Adams, Patrick Ryan, and Elijah West for their four years of service to the Mansfield Fire Department and the City of Mansfield, OH.

Congratulations on this milestone, and thank you for your continued commitment to our community.
