What a wonderful gift from RCT! If you need to get out and about, the next two Saturdays are FREE.

Exciting news everyone. Richland County Transit will be open and running the first two Saturdays in December. The hours we're open on these two Saturdays are different from our normal schedule. Dial A Ride along with City Route will be running. Don't forget same day Dial A Ride trips are based on availability. To schedule for Dial A Ride give us a call at (419) 522 - 4504. To check out our Saturday schedule check out the attached picture, have questions about it, give us a call at the number listed above. The first Saturday we will be open is a week from today, the date is Saturday December 7. One more tid bit....Saturdays in December are free to ride. That's right folks City Route and Dial A Ride are 💯% free to ride both Saturdays in December.

Congratulations to the team at the Finance Department for receiving the Auditor of State Award. Of the 6,000 entities audited by the state, only 4% qualify for this distinction. Special thanks to my Assistant Director, Scott Arnett, who daily goes above and beyond the call of duty for the last 28 years.

It was a beautiful day in downtown Mansfield. I started with the Secret City Tour and ended with the Octoberfest celebration at The Phoenix Brewing Company. I didn't have a chance to make it to the art festivities on the square, but I hope you spent some time taking in the many events offered in our wonderful town.
