Following the release of the Navy’s investigative report on Kyle Mullen’s death, we continue to push for accountability for the failures of the Navy and medical staff. “From our perspective, many people were involved, many people tried to cover up wrongdoings, and accountability has not come. We’ve been waiting for a year and a half since my brother passed, and no one has gotten in trouble.”
