The Lenawee County Adult Drug Treatment Court (LCADTC) is a voluntary, intensive probation program that accepts defendants who are residents of Lenawee County and convicted of non-violent drug/alcohol related felonies in the 39th Circuit Court.

The Rex B. Martin Judicial Building is closed this morning, August 30, 2022, due to a lack of power in the building. All employees have been sent home. Any proceedings scheduled for this morning will be rescheduled at a later date.

The Lenawee County District, Probate, and Circuit Courts along with The Friend of the Court will be closed on Monday, June 20, 2022 in compliance with Michigan Supreme Court Administrative Order File No. 2021-31 which recognized Juneteenth as an official court holiday. Since the Juneteenth holiday falls on Sunday, it will be observed on Monday, June 20, 2022. Hearings previously scheduled for that day are being adjourned to new dates.

The Order states that Juneteenth is a day of profound importance in the history of our nation, and mandatory observance of this holiday by courts statewide sends a message that Michigan’s judiciary values the life experiences of all who seek justice.

Starting October 13th, the free drive-thru COVID-19 testing at the Lenawee County transportation garage will be increasing testing capacity. Now offering testing on Wednesdays and Friday, testing will be available from 10 AM until 3 PM.

In addition to the increased capacity, rapid antigen testing will also be available, as well as PCR testing. Rapid antigen results will be available in 15 minutes.
