At Monday night’s Town Council meeting, Police Chief Tyler Whisenant recognized East Maiden Baptist Church on behalf of Charlie Sigmon. Thanks to a generous donation made to the Maiden Police Department, the department was able to purchase an ATV that will proudly bear Charlie’s name. Mr. Sigmon’s impact on our community will always be remembered, and this serves as a lasting tribute to his legacy.

Public Works Director Bryan Duckworth also recognized Lineman Jacob Whitehair for earning his Journeyman Certificate, the highest level of achievement a lineman can attain. This accomplishment reflects Jacob’s hard work and dedication to his profession.

Please join us in honoring Charlie Sigmon’s legacy and congratulating Jacob on this outstanding achievement!
