🚧 TRAFFIC DETOUR NOTICE 🚧
Beginning August 10th, a traffic detour will be in place at Melton St. and Buddy Riley Blvd.
➡️ Detour Route:
Traffic will be directed to Acker St. and N. 6th St.
🚫 Important: There will be no left or right turns onto Melton St. from Buddy Riley Blvd.
This temporary traffic change is being implemented to help improve traffic flow and safety as the school year begins on August 12th.
We appreciate everyone’s patience, cooperation, and understanding as we work to keep traffic moving safely and efficiently.

New Magnolia Municipal Court Online Payment Portal!

The Magnolia Municipal Court is excited to announce the launch of our new online payment system, designed to provide a more convenient, secure, and user-friendly experience for our community.

Beginning August 1, 2026, you can:

📞 Make payments by phone using our new automated payment system (IVR): (866) 638-4105

This new payment portal makes it easier than ever to manage eligible Municipal Court payments from the comfort of your home or while on the go.

🚨 TRAFFIC ALERT 🚨

Beginning August 1 through August 16, expect lane closures at the railroad crossings on FM 1488 and FM 1774 due to construction.

⚠️ Plan for delays, reduce your speed in the work zone, and consider an alternate route if possible.

The City of Magnolia Utility Department is excited to introduce our NEW online payment portal and NEW online meter monitoring feature!

💧New online payment portal: https://www.municipalonlinepayments.com/magnoliatx/utilities

To pay online, you must create a new account using your Utility Account Number. This can be found on your previously issued utility bills.

📶Monitor your meter activity from your phone or computer!

We encourage every account holder to consider utilizing "H2O Analytics", our new self-service portal for real time meter monitoring. Please note that H2O Analytics requires a separate account from your online payment account. A link to register for H2O Analytics is available directly on the utility payment website.

📞 Don't want to pay online?
Utility payments can now be paid by phone by calling 866-638-4102.

Cash and check payments are still acceptable mailed or hand-delivered to City Hall.

The previous payment portal will remain active on the City's website until utility bills are distributed at the end of this week. Thank you for your cooperation during this time of transition into modernized software that better serves the needs of the city and its consumers with transparency.

1488-1774 Complete Closure.
TXDOT will be doing a complete closure of the 1488-1774 intersection for a traffic flow switch, on 8/1-8/2. This will be to open the new lanes on the North side and then begin construction of the new lanes on the South side. The diagram is to show the detour traffic flow, using the overpass and Business 1774, to cross over the tracks.
