Sometimes the battle leaves wounds. Sometimes you make it out of the fight, but you are still carrying the scars, the pain, and the evidence of what you survived.
But hear this: RECOVERY DOES NOT MEAN DEFEAT!
You may still be healing.
You may still have scars.
You may still feel the effects of the battle.
But as long as God has given you breath, YOU ARE STILL IN THE FIGHT!
There comes a season when God takes the wounded soldier from the battlefield into a place of recovery—not to retire them, but to restore them for what comes next.

A wounded fighter must not only know how to keep fighting—a wounded fighter must also know where to go for healing. You cannot allow your wounds to drive you into isolation, bitterness, or defeat. You must run to the presence of God, where your strength can be renewed, your heart can be restored, and your wounds can be healed.
