Every weekend, Friends of the State Street Family serves 150+ meals to our unhoused friends, and we couldn't do it without our amazing community donors.

A huge thank you to Oneloveonelunch, the Mounds View Mountaineers, Matt Lovely's Take Home Chef, Sugar River UMC, Harvest Church, People's Methodist Church, UCC Belleville, and our individual meal donors: Gynell, Michelle V., Lynn & John, Michelle C., Melanie, Patricia, Barb, Sarah, and many others who have helped this spring.

Community meals at The River are back!

We are putting out a call for a little extra help this week. We don’t have a meal donor lined up for Sunday and will need about 60 meals.

Thanks to some awesome youth activism, we’re in good shape on snack packs, but we could really use sandwiches, fruit, and drinks to round things out. Email [email protected] or message us here with questions.

Our Mission is to provide help, hope, and friendship to our neighbors struggling with the challenges of homelessness.
