Hi, I'm Tiffany!

My husband, Ben, and I have called Lynchburg home for the past 18 years, where we're raising our three energetic and adventurous children. When I'm not supporting families, you'll often find me enjoying a good book, taking a long walk, or spending a quiet evening on the porch with my family.

For more than 16 years, I've had the joy of working with children and families in a variety of
roles, including nanny, Montessori teacher, school director, parent educator, and teacher coach. My passion for supporting young children led me to earn my Infant and Toddler Teaching credentials through the American Montessori Society and developing the infant and toddler programs at a local Montessori school.

Becoming a postpartum doula feels like a natural extension of the work I love most—caring for familiesduring some of life's most meaningful moments. As a mother of three, I understand both thebeauty and the challenges that come with welcoming a new baby. My goal is to provide a calm,supportive presence, practical guidance, and encouragement so you can feel confident andcared for as you settle into life with your little one.

Everyfamily is unique, and it is a privilege to walk alongside you during this special season. I lookforward to meeting you and supporting your journey.

Chaneé grew up on a farm in Pennsylvania where her passion for the earth and a natural approach to life was planted. In 2009, she obtained her Associates Degree in Law Enforcement intending to pursue being a State Trooper. However, her journey and opportunities led her elsewhere! From 2009 - 2026 she explored several career interests from restaurant management to being an independent contractor in the energy industry to managing offices in a variety of fields.

In 2017, she welcomed her first child. During her journey into motherhood, she continued to chose natural and holistic methods that she found effective. That fostered a deeper desire to continue pursuing an alternative medicinal and educational approach to life. She was introduced to being a doula during this time but before she could pursue it, she and her family moved to Lynchburg, VA.

After her move, Chaneé was invited to work at a local Montessori School. Although her primary role was the Office Manager, she spent a much of her time substitute teaching in all of the classrooms ranging from Nido through lower elementary! Her experience in the classroom and Montessori trainings expanded her appreciation for the Montessori Method for both the home and the school environment.

Although she has enjoyed the various careers, the Lord has continued to grow her desire to become a doula. In April 2026, she completed her Postpartum Doula certification and intends to pursue further certifications to better serve mothers, fathers, babies and families in all stages! 

During her personal time, she can be found feeding her passion for earth, animals and family by gardening, playing with her 2 dogs and exploring with her husband and children. She is an avid lover of coffee, friends, singing and playing piano. She is also very involved in her church from leading in a children's program to singing in choir. You might even see her riding her motorcycle when she can!

🧡I am really excited to share this new service from Lynchburg Doula Services!

🧡So often I see husbands and wives exhausted, missing out on quality time with each other, and striving to fill all the needs and holes when new little ones arrive.

🧡We gladly sacrifice for our children and know that many phases of parenthood are demanding and at times very hard.

🧡We truly don't wish away the seasons, but if we're honest, we miss the dates, we miss the uninterrupted conversations, we miss the chances to flirt and woo each other.

🧡That's why I felt led to start this new program of reliable, professional infant and newborn care babysitting for couples who are looking to spend more time investing in their marriage and future together while having the peace and confidence to leave your little one for a short period of time.

🧡Most of the time, parents are concerned about leaving their fragile little ones with friends or sitters who honestly do not have a lot of experience.

🧡Postpartum doulas are trained professionals who know so much about proper infant and newborn care and can truly offer a trustworthy care for their new arrivals.

🧡Feel free to message us for availability and start putting time and energy back into your marriage! Your children need it, you need it, and God specifically wants it for you!

Why this bothered me so much:

👋Disclaimer: I'm not saying surgeons are bad or unnecessary or that csections are not amazing interventions for true medical cases👋👋

But when our nation has some of the WORST OUTCOMES for moms we have to be able to ask questions and understand why this is a bothersome statement 👇👇

One: women's health is not requiring of surgery except for true, rare occasions-- it is not and should not be the norm or expectation

Two: a person's worldview and how they approach life and work heavily impacts the outcomes

Three: maternal csection rates are way too high across the US

Four: physicians get paid more for performing surgeries( incentive matters)

Five: I felt it very lacking in understanding of what amazing work women truly do in pregnancy and labor ( we are not incapable of growing, birthing and caring for babies)

We are incredibly designed to do so and should be supported to have the MOST BENEFICIAL outcome of this natural miracle!

Every path has risks, but open abdominal surgery has SIGNIFICANTLY MORE RISK than vaginal delivery in the vast majority of cases.

Today we're celebrating, Aimee!

She joined LDS back in 2023 and was the first doula I had the pleasure of partnering with!

She has been such a blessing to me personally and to this team.
