I’ve been learning to give myself credit for the progress I normally overlook.

It’s easy to stay so focused on what still needs to be done that you forget to look at how much has already changed.

New routines. New responsibilities. New opportunities. A lot of learning, adjusting, and figuring things out along the way.

And no, everything isn’t perfectly in place yet but I’m realizing it doesn’t have to be.

Growth doesn’t always come with a huge announcement or a picture-perfect moment. Sometimes it’s simply realizing that something you were worried about a few weeks ago isn’t weighing on you quite as heavily today.

That counts, too. 🤍

Here’s to appreciating where we are while still working toward where we want to be.

Sometimes starting over doesn’t look inspiring.

Sometimes it looks like losing a job, watching bills pile up, stretching every dollar, applying for opportunities, and wondering how you’re going to make everything work.

But you keep going anyway.

If you’re in a season where you’re simply trying to make it to the other side, don’t mistake struggling for failing.

You’re rebuilding.
You’re figuring it out.
And you’re still showing up.

That counts for more than you realize. 🤍

This chapter may be hard, but it is not the whole story.

August 11 is the final day to submit public comments on HUD’s proposed rule to revise the federal definition of a “manufactured home.”

The proposal is intended to reduce regulatory barriers, lower construction costs, and potentially create more flexibility within factory-built housing—but it has not been finalized.

Why should industry professionals pay attention? Decisions being considered today could influence how manufactured homes are designed, produced, and delivered in the future.
