Looking for an easy summer outing with a Louisville twist? ☀️

The Louisville Water Tower & WaterWorks Museum is a National Historic Landmark where history, science, and engineering come to life – right on the banks of the Ohio River.

Tours, exhibits, and plenty of “did you know?” moments included. Stay tuned for our June open date details!

📚 Today is the last day of school for many students in Jefferson County. We want to say thank you to the 2,700+ educators, chaperones, and students who made Louisville Water Tower a part of their school year. We hope to see you back next year!

In November 2020, the Louisville Water Tower was on the move! Or at least a smaller version was... The replica of Louisville Water’s iconic Water Tower went on display at the Frazier History Museum.

Previously, the replica stood in the lobby of Louisville Water’s corporate office.

Today, you still can see the replica as part of the museum’s "Cool Kentucky" exhibit alongside iconic items like a Corvette and a disco ball. You can step inside the real Water Tower next month on June 14 from 12-5 p.m. 🚰
