tests. Short-term investments are then liquidated so as to maximize return, while long-term investments are managed in-house for cash-flow and appreciation. ABOUT TVM INC. is a principal buyer of both residential rental property and non-performing loans secured by real estate. Though our primary business is the purchase and operation of mobile home parks, we also purchase apartment buildings and houses. Additionally we purchase non-performing debts and other liens secured by either residential or commercial real estate.
