When I first started feeding people it was a great rush, now that I’m giving back it’s not about the food or anything else it’s all about finding love. This was something I believed my Church should be doing anyway. So I went to my Pastor and told him my plans. He said, That’s a great Ideal, what I was really saying I need help. He didn’t pick up on that, so I tried to get my friends on Facebook to help some did, most though I was after wealth (money) because of my pass. That might have been in the back of my head at one time but now, my dream is all about the people. Seeing the smiles on their faces when they see me coming. “That is my wealth and I wouldn’t trade it for all the tea in China”... I got started on my journey and met some really great people homeless on Martin Luther King Blvd and Figueroa, That was almost 4 years ago, and now I have really great Homeless friends and people who help provide clothes food, and sometimes shelter. Feeding 65,000 low income families, and serving 21,000 hot meals is just the tip of the ice burg. Now we are raising money to buy a food truck to serve thousands of men women and children living in cars parks, alleys, and tents. What I found out after all this time LOVE is the key to helping people get their lives back on track. I invite all of you to join me as I love on people who lost everything they ever owned except the LOVE I offer to those without HOPE! My Wealth is Love!
