The UCLA Kaner Group is officially seeking an Undergraduate Research Assistant for Summer 2026! Join our graduate team and dive into the cutting edge of sustainable materials science.

🌱 The Mission: We are designing biodegradable polymeric materials and bio-based composites for medical products. The goal? Create plastics that deliver the high performance these applications demand, but break down safely without leaving persistent environmental waste.

To create more parking space for our graduates and their families, the VRC and many places on campus will be closed Fri. June 12. Staff will be working remotely on the 12th.

The campus is also closed Fri. June 19 during the national holiday Juneteenth.
