I am a licensed spiritual/metaphysical practitioner counselor, Ministerial student, and a recovering addict sober since 2006. I love to take other recovering addicts and HIV positive gay men from blaming themselves; from feeling angry, damaged or broken; to falling back in love with their lives by loving them right where they are and offering them the comfort of prayer. Licensed in 2012. Starting

Ministerial studies in 2016. CSL member since 2008. Co-teacher of Inward Journey class at the Center for Spiritual Living Seattle. I especially enjoy working with those who are feisty and have a good story, I can hear most anything because I have probably done it at one time or another. I feel strongly that God does not care what we have done, so it is okay for us to stop identifying with what we have done and ask ourselves who have I come here to be. I believe God is a principle of Goodness available to all who seek to know the indwelling presence, that knows only love and in the healing power of shared consciousness and affirmative prayer. My ministry is called "It's not your fault" and I offer free “It’s Not Your Fault” 20-minute clarity sessions with prayer, as a gift. "Partnering with Brent for my prayer work has been a most rewarding experience. As a student of Emma Curtis Hopkins’ philosophy, it is important to me to partner with someone with deep understanding of her principles. Brent has provided invaluable insights into my journey and supported me through very challenging times, making them less burdensome, freeing me up to be more receptive to my Good."

Control is rooted in fear.
Our role is to align rather than force.
What are you aligning with?
Health?
Wisdom?
Love?
Resistance can be painful.
Chasing is exhausting.
Allowing a deeper understanding in the face of fear is always an option.

Prayer for dedication to the Truth through kindness and Truth.
God placed us perfectly for our expansion.
I am Helen God's idea of Helen seen through me. She inspires me to lay it out there no BS.
Realizing kindness is only a felt experience. I no longer need to hide when I got to cut the bull. It is love/truth expanding my vision for myself and everyone.
I no longer hide behind ideas of people needing my own false declarations. The truth is Love.
Period. Smooth not crunchy. God make my words inspire freedom through Truth.
There is no mean. No cruelty. Just an opportunity for a bigger God and more God. Realness and Truth. That includes my beloved inner broad Helen L.

Feelings are always about Love.
I will not be distant and I will not forget.
Prayer for Edward, Jim, Glen, Steve,JefI know God is infinite and personal.
I am shaped by those I loved, I can recognize infinite love operating in my consciousness.
I welcome it.
I will not be broken saddened or angry.
I choose Love over pain.
I recognize a clearer expression of grace moving through my expression.
I am held and cared for by the incarnation of Beauty.
Feminine nurturing Godess care for my heart as it releases all that is not pure love.
I am willing to be Love again and again. Free of attachments to material development.
I am free and more Free as my gift is abundant free understanding and comfortable
serenity.
I release and I let go.

Prayer for serenity at work:
Love is all there is; as God works all the time every single time. I am as God made me. HE (SHE, THEY and IT). Infinity is at the heart of this marriage of the divine and my humanity. Nothing is lost in the transformation of this Good, I allow all of the Truth to expand me. I truly am as God desires and designed.
I work for God, I remember this every time I clock in. I let my perspective be shaped by love, only love. I release my accusations of negativity and need to be my opinion mistakes.

I see only love in Gratitude for the opportunity to serve and be paid. As God overflows my coffers with opportunities and cash.
It is so and I release NoW!
