Reebs intentional desk Helping female coaches build intentional brands that attract clients ✨

Girlie you don't need to invent a new topic every time you want to post on Instagram. 😭 Because honestly how many completely new things are you supposed to come up with about confidence, boundaries, relationships, burnout, mindset, business, or whatever you coach on?

Someone has already talked about it Probably a hundred times. But that doesn't mean you have nothing new to say. Imagine two relationship coaches talking about communication.
One says "5 ways to communicate better in your relationship" ok bit useful but the other says "Sometimes you're not struggling to communicate. You're trying so hard to be understood that you've stopped trying to understand the other person."

Now see Same topic but suddenly I'm curious about her because now I can see how she thinks about the problem and that's the part I think we forget when creating content.🫣

So You really don't need to invent a completely new topic you just need to let your perspective into the topic your beliefs, observations, the things you notice with clients, the advice you don't completely agree with, and the way you've come to understand the problem. That's what can make familiar Instagram content feel like yours. 💖🫶🏻

So ladiesss take notes next time creating content don't make a fusss by thinking Ugh everyone's already talked about this becuase of that pls Don't throw the idea away just yet. Because there's something interesting in your way of seeing it and that what your audience want.

And if you're a coach who knows you've a different perspective but struggles to make it visible in your content that's exactly the kind of thing I help with. You can DM me "PERSPECTIVE" and tell me what's been feeling difficult to communicate. 🤎

Have you ever had this uncomfortable realization that you know you're not doing the same thing as other coaches but when you look at your content, no one else can tell the difference. 😭

Ok so if your approach is different the way you work with your clients isn't exactly like every other coach in your niche. You have your own experiences, beliefs, and way of seeing the problems your clients come to you with. But then you sit down to create a post about your coaching business, content strategy, or client transformation and somehow it becomes genric. Like honestly if your ideal client scrolls through your Instagram content, would they actually know what makes your way of thinking different?

That’s the part many coaches miss. Your content can be valuable and still feel generic if it only shares information without showing your perspective. And no you don’t need to become louder, controversial, or “more unique” just to stand out online plsss😭

You may simply need to make more of your actual point of view visible in your content and messaging. Your expertise can overlap with other coaches, your topics can be familiar even your advice can have similarities. But the way you see the problem can still be yours. 🤎

That perspective is what helps your ideal clients recognize themselves in your content, trust your expertise, and understand why your coaching approach is different.

If your content feels like it’s saying what everyone else is saying, maybe the problem isn’t your expertise maybe your perspective just isn’t visible enough yet. That’s exactly the kind of content strategy and messaging work I help coaches uncover.

If you’re feeling the gap between "I know I’m different" and my content doesn’t show it my DMs are open. Send me “DIFFERENT” and tell me what feels too generic in your content right now. 🫠🫶🏻

I think a lot of coaches focus so much on making their content stand out that we forget to ask a very simple question “Stand out and then what?” 👀

Because someone can stop scrolling, read your post, maybe even save it and a few hours later have absolutely no idea who said it.

Let's say you're a relationship coach And one day, I need some advice about communication in my relationship. So I open Instagram and start searching And honestly?I find a LOT “5 ways to communicate better.” or “3 things you should never say during an argument.” or “How to become a better listener.”
All useful I might even save one or two. But here's the interesting part I probably won't remember who said them. Because if I can find almost the exact same advice from 20 other relationship coaches, why would I stop and wonder who this particular coach is?
Now imagine I'm still scrolling and I come across a relationship coach saying something I've never quite thought about before.
Maybe she says: “Sometimes the problem isn't that you're bad at communicating. You just don't feel safe enough to say what you actually mean.”

And suddenly I'm like “Wait That's different" I might reread it, send it to my friend, think about my own relationship, And might actually click on her profile thinking “Who is she?”

See what happened there? She didn't necessarily teach me something completely new , She gave me her way of seeing something I already cared about andd that is what makes content easier to remember.💖

This is why when coaches tell me they want their content to “stand out,” I don't immediately think Let's make the hook louder.
I'd rather ask What are you seeing about this problem that your audience hasn't heard from you yet? Because your audience doesn't need you to invent a brand new topic. They need a reason to think “I've never heard someone explain it like this before.” That's where your content strategy, messaging, storytelling, and personal brand start working together.

if you're a coach thinking “Ok I think my content is helpful, but I'm not sure it's memorable yet", that's actually something I'd love to help you look at. You can always bring m

Lets be real for a moment your caption isn't competing with other captions It's competing with distractions, With notifications, With busy schedules, With someone thinking, "I'll read this later." That's why good writing alone isn't enough. 👀😮‍💨

A caption can be beautifully written and still fail to connect if the message isn't clear. When I review content, I'm rarely thinking "This sentence needs better wording I'm thinking Is the message obvious?

Does the reader immediately know this is for them? Does it create curiosity? Does it make them feel understood?Does every sentence support one clear idea?

Because the goal isn't to sound impressive. The goal is to make your dream client stop scrolling and think "This is exactly what I've been trying to figure out."🤎

That's the difference between content people read and content people remember.

If you're a Muslimah business coach who's creating content consistently but still not attracting the right inquiries it might be time to look beyond hooks and hashtags. Sometimes the bottleneck isn't your writing.

If you'd like me to audit your messaging through a strategic lens, drop a caption below or send me a DM with "CLARITY." I'd love to help you uncover what's really holding your content back.💖

if you're always learning but still hesitating to post this is your sign.

One thing my internship taught me is that learning feels productive.
But there came a point where I realized I had pages and pages of notes on content strategy, storytelling, and personal branding. yet I was still hesitating every time I sat down to create.

Not because I didn't know enough Because I hadn't practiced enough.

That's a lesson I want to carry with me and maybe it'll help another Muslimah business coach too.

Learn Take notes, Stay curious But don't let learning become a substitute for creating.

Your next post will probably teach you more than your next saved carousel.

Which one do you naturally lean toward?

If you're a Muslimah coach and content planning feels heavy it's probably because you're starting in the wrong place.

For the longest time, I thought content planning started with ideas.
"What should I post today?"
"What's trending?"
"What hook is everyone using?"

But every time I started there creating content felt heavy Because I was creating for the algorithm Not for the Muslimah sister I was called to serve.

Now my process looks very different. Before I think about Instagram content, storytelling, or content strategy I ask myself:

Who is the Muslimah woman on the other side of the screen today?
Maybe she's trying to build her business with intention.
Maybe she's balancing deen, family, and dreams.
Maybe she's tired of posting without feeling seen.

If I can understand her first The words usually come naturally That's the shift I wish someone had taught me earlier.

Content becomes so much easier when you stop trying to impress everyone and start speaking to one sister with sincerity.

Save this if you're building a personal brand that connects with hearts before it converts.

One of the biggest mindset shifts I've had about content strategy is I stopped treating every post like it had to introduce a brand new idea.

Instead, I started exploring the same idea from different angles.

One day it's a story.
The next day it's a carousel.
Then a Reel.
Then a question in Stories.

Not because I'm repeating myself But because every person learns differently.

Some people connect through emotion.

Some through examples.

Some through reflection.

As creators, we often pressure ourselves to constantly come up with new ideas. But maybe your next piece of content isn't hiding in another brainstorm session.

Maybe it's already sitting in your notes, waiting to be told differently.
I'm curious🥹

Do you usually struggle more with coming up with ideas or turning one idea into content?

When you create content, what's your main goal?

Save this post if you want to create more intentional content, and share it with another coach who's trying to build a meaningful brand online.

Let's be honest for a second🤣

You carefully planned the post, Rewrote the hook five times, Changed the caption another seven, Moved text boxes around in Canva like your life depended on it.

Hit "Post."and then your audience casually replies to the random Story you uploaded while drinking chai ☕😭

It's funny, but it also says something important.People don't always connect with the most polished version of you.

They connect with the most human version of you.

Sometimes the post you overthink for hours feels distant.
And the random thought you share in Stories feels like a real conversation.

Maybe your audience isn't looking for perfect, Maybe they're looking for you.

Have you ever finished writing a post and thought
This has so much value why isn't anyone engaging with it?

I think that's one of the most frustrating parts of creating content.

Because you're not holding back your knowledge.
You're sharing tips.
Frameworks.
Actionable advice.
Yet it still feels like your audience scrolls past without really connecting.

Here's the belief that changed everything for me:
Information alone doesn't build trust.
If it did, we'd all follow the person with the longest captions and the most detailed tutorials.

But we don't.
We follow the people who make us feel understood.
The ones who put our thoughts into words before we even know how to explain them ourselves.

That's why I believe great content strategy isn't about teaching more.
It's about creating moments where your audience quietly thinks,
"She's talking about me."

And that's exactly what storytelling and audience psychology help you do.

So before asking,
"What else can I teach today?"

Try asking,
"How can I make one person feel seen today?"

🤍 I'd love to know tell me in the comments,
Do you think your content shares information, creates connection, or a little bit of both?

Save this for the next time you feel pressured to pack more tips into one post.
