Eligible General Relief (GR)
customers can get up to $475 a month in rental assistance and $500 to cover a security deposit.
To quality, an applicant must be:
-Homeless or at risk of becoming homeless
-Receiving GR benefits
Participating in START or pursuing SSI v In agreement to contribute $100 from their
GR grant to monthly rent

Here is a list of Seasonal Winter Shelters. They accept people on a first-come-first-serve basis and are open either 12-14 hours or 24/7. They serve households consisting of 1-2 persons over the age of 18 or experiencing unsheltered homelessness.

The application takes only a few minutes to complete and asks for readily available info.
 
We have integrated with hundreds of thousands of homes across the US.

AGREEMENT & PAYMENT
Leap confirms the lease details with the building.
 
Immediately, a payment link is sent out via email.
 
When payment is received, the landlord is notified that the Deposit Replacement process has been completed with Proof of Coverage. How Does A Resident Get Approved for Leap Agile Rent Guaranty?

The application takes only a few minutes to complete and asks for readily available info.
 
Documents will be requested based on an applicant’s profile.

UNDERWRITING REVIEW
Our underwriting team will follow up with the next step in about 30 minutes or less.
 
Additional documents may be required to confirm application data.
3.
AGREEMENT & PAYMENT
