At the 2026 Lorain County Fair, your Lorain County Republican Party focused on motivating Republicans and other conservative voters to show up and vote in the November elections. Towards that end we sponsored a: "I Pledge to Vote", drawing, featuring a limited one of one hundred portrait of President Donald J. Trump that depicted the moment the bullet passed through his ear in Butler Pennsylvania in July 2022. We auctioned off two of these portraits for over three thousand dollars each at previous fund raising events. All that one needed to do to be eligible to enter the drawing was to enter their name, phone number and email address on one of the pledge forms and be at least eighteen years old. Once they satified this requirement they were given a ticket to enter their name and phone number on which was then deposited in the drawing container. The drawing was conducted on Monday, August 31st at your Republican Headquarters at 1913 North Ridge Road East 44055. The lucky winner is: Lee Holztrager of LaGrange Township, Ohio. Lee is pictured here with his Trump Portrait which is covered with a protective plastic sleeve. An uncovered photo of the portrait is included herein along with a photo of our booth at the 2026 Lorain County Fair. Many political pundits and alleged news sources are trying to convince everyone that Republicans will lose big time in November. The only factor that will make this true is if Republicans and like minded conservatives don't show up and vote in the November elections. You/we MUST NOT LET THIS HAPPEN!! As Vivek Ramaswamy has often said in his campaigning: "I want you to vote ten times this year, not like in Chicago but rather by getting nine others of your conservative friends to vote, even if you need to drive them to the polls!"
