General information
The First District includes the northern and western parts of downtown, Willmore City, parts of the East Village Arts District, North Pine, parts of Craftsman Village and AOC7, and parts of the westside including the northwest part of the Port of Long Beach, and the Magnolia Industrial District. The District Administrator cannot propose legislation or changes to the budget, but is here to ensure the district remains safe and clean, and that residents have an advocate in City Hall.
