When you join the City of Refuge Walking Club on Saturday mornings, there is no telling WHAT you'll see...this past Saturday the walking club witnessed a pirate/winch festival! The wonders of Southern California! This Saturday, July 2nd, the walking club will be meeting at the church, (14527 S. San Pedro, Gardena) at 7:15am to take the bus to Brentwood. Club will be walking to Venice Beach pier and returning to the church by noon. Please come out and join the walking club. We look forward to seeing you there!

After an EXTREMELY successful Saturday of walking last weekend (our warriors did everything from 4 miles to 44 miles!!), the City Of Refuge Walking Club is at it again! This Saturday, June 18th, the club will meet in Long Beach at Cherry and Ocean at 8am sharp. Please come out and join the club for walking, praising and all out fun!

Happy June, FB Friends! The City of Refuge Walking Club will be meeting this Saturday, June 11th, in BEAUTIFUL Redondo Beach at 7am at Avenue G and the Esplanade. All walking levels are more than welcome to walk to the pier (4miles), or the Surfer Man (10 miles), but the "warriors" will be doing the full 22 x 2 for a total of 44 miles!! Woohoo! Send them your prayers for strength. The walking club looks forward to seeing you ALL there at 7am. It will truly make your Saturday a blessing!

On Saturday, December 19th, the Walking Club will be meeting at Ocean and Cherry Ave in Long Beach at 8am for a walk through Belmont Shores. Long Beach is known world wide for its fantastic beaches. It's a wonderful walk with beautiful ocean views. You won't want to miss it! Come John Us!!!
