Great to cut the ribbon at the grand reopening of the renovated Village ShopRite, a place that plays a real role in the day-to-day lives of our residents and my own family.

Thank you to the Sumas family for continuing to invest in our community, including a fully certified Kosher Bakery, and to Rabbi Klibanoff and Rabbi Proops for being part of the event.

A wonderful milestone for a store that remains an important part of Livingston.

Incredible is the first word that comes to mind when we see how lovingly and beautifully our Youth & Senior Services team organizes celebrations and educational programs for our seniors. Thank you Jennifer Walker, Corrine Judge, Natanya Pillai and team! This is another one of my liaison committees that I’m truly proud to work with.

Congratulations to this year’s remarkable Livingston Celebrates Women honorees — Claire Gao, Carmen Michael, Vineeta Khanna, Xiaoshan “Maggie” He and Wendy Keyes. Your contributions and service to our community are truly appreciated.

A tremendous amount of work goes into the nomination and selection process, especially with such a strong pool of nominees. Andrew Miller, Saba Khan, Karoline Puma, and India Murray Sweetney — thank you for your hard work and efforts. And to Harshavardhan Raju, for your continued support in leading the LCDI alongside Andrew.

It was an afternoon full of energy and inspiration.

My work as Council Liaison to the Livingston Advisory Committee for Disabilities (LACD) is incredibly meaningful to me, and I hold it close to my heart. It was wonderful to fill in for Mayor Klein at the “Shine the Light” event for Autism Awareness, and to share a few words with those in attendance. I’m always inspired by the way our community comes together to support individuals with special needs and their families.

A truly successful and vibrant evening by the Livingston Celebrates Israel team, featuring a meaningful flag-raising ceremony and a wonderful cultural showcase.

A heartfelt thank you to the dedicated leaders—Inna Yelisevich, Suzy Lugashi, Shyella Mayk, plus Harshavardhan Raju—along with the The Livingston Committee for Diversity & Inclusion (LCDI) and every volunteer who made the event so special. From beautiful music and face painting to writing cards, sharing wishes, and locally designed stickers by our resident artists—every detail added to the joy of the evening. The flag-raising ceremony itself was especially well done and truly memorable. Congratulations team!

I’m proud to serve as the council liaison to LCDI as I enter my third year in this role. Each successful event over the years has created meaningful opportunities for our residents to connect, engage, and come together as One Livingston.

Let’s continue to grow together, celebrate our diversity, and preserve the strong sense of community that makes Livingston so special.

Such a fun and heartwarming evening at the Intergenerational Prom at Livingston High School! 💃🕺✨ Excellent energy—great vibes, fantastic music from the LPS band 🎶, and wonderful performances by the Shrek the Musical team 🎭👏. And the great company all around! The patriotic display by LPS students of our nation’s 250th anniversary was cherry on top!

One of my favorite traditions is serving dinner to our seniors 🍽️❤️ alongside Town Council and Board of Education members and our Township and LPS family—it’s always such a meaningful and special experience.

A big shoutout and heartfelt thank you to the Township’s Senior Services team 🙌 and all the volunteers who made the evening possible! 🌟
