🎓 The Final Bell: A Flyer Farewell

The hallways echo with a different sound.
The hum of summer is finally found.
From the first bell in August to the heat of May,
we’ve grown, and we’ve learned, day by day.

From the banks of the river to the schoolhouse door,
we’ve tackled the math and the history lore.
Through sports and through music, through tests and through art,
Every Flyer has shown us they have a big heart.

Pack up the backpacks and clear out the desks,
It’s time for some sunshine and well-deserved rests.
But remember the lessons and friendships you’ve made,
Those Little Falls memories will never quite fade.

So soar into summer with pride in your wings,
Enjoy all the joy that the season now brings.
Stay safe and stay curious, whatever you do,
We’ll be right here waiting to welcome back you!

Today, Lincoln Elementary, Lindbergh Elementary, and Little Falls Community Middle School successfully completed our Emergency Preparedness Drills.

The drills went very well, thanks to the incredible cooperation and flexibility of our amazing students and staff! These opportunities allow us to practice our procedures, strengthen our systems, and keep our schools as safe as possible.

🙌 Shoutout to our partners: A huge thank you to the Little Falls Police Department and the Morrison County Sheriff's Office for their support, collaboration, and expertise today. We truly value our strong partnership with local law enforcement and emergency responders!

🗣️ Parents & Guardians: We encourage you to chat with your student tonight about the drill. Explaining the "why" behind these practices at home helps reinforce what they learned in the classroom and supports them in processing the experience.
