(Red Cards: Know Your Rights)

In Loving Memory: Chandra Maya Mangar

It is with profound sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of Chandra Maya Mangar on Monday, December 8, 2025, at the age of 68.

Chandra Maya was born on April 23, 1957, in Morang, Nepal. She resided with her family in her beloved home in Tadi #2, Miklajung, Morang, Nepal. She was a woman of immense strength, grace, and deep devotion to her family and traditions, whose warmth and kindness touched all who knew her. Her life was a beautiful tapestry woven with love, hard work, and the unwavering spirit of her Nepali heritage.

She is dearly missed by her children, grandchildren, and extended family, including her loving son-in-law, Roshan Mongar (Pithakotay), a cherished member of our community. Though she spent her life in Nepal, her spirit and love were a constant presence in the lives of her family here.

The family is deeply heartbroken by her loss. Traditional rituals and a gathering to honor the memory of Chandra Maya Mangar will be held at the residence of her son-in-law:

* Location: 4438 Helena Road N, Oakdale, MN 55128

May her soul find eternal peace. Our deepest condolences go out to the grieving family, especially Roshan Mongar and his spouse.
