If you’re experiencing an emergency, always call 911 first. From there, local authorities determine what resources are needed and can request ITI if our team can help.

We don’t self-dispatch, but we’re ready to support local agencies when called upon.

Last weekend, K9 Wh***ey and his handler, Walker, completed the full 110-story stair climb at the Baltimore 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb at M&T Bank Stadium. The event was hosted by the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation and Baltimore 9-11 Memorial Stair Climb for NFFF

Our team President Walker and K9 Wh***ey climbed alongside firefighters, police officers, EMS providers, military members, and families. Together they climbed the height of the World Trade Center towers, and each climber carried the photo of a firefighter who lost their life on September 11, 2001.

K9 Wh***ey also got to meet a search and rescue robot dog at the event. It was a good reminder that both four-legged responders and new technology have a place in keeping first responders and the public safe.

We'd like to thank the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation for organizing the event, and everyone who climbed in honor of the 343 FDNY firefighters and all the first responders who gave their lives that day.

Twenty-five years later, ITI Disaster Rescue and Response remains committed to honoring their sacrifice through the training, preparation, and service we bring to the communities we serve.

Last weekend, ITI Disaster Rescue and Response added a new resource to our growing fleet: a 16-foot 2002 Zodiac International 500 SRMN rigid-hull inflatable boat (RIB), acquired from Girardville Rangers Hose Company.

Powered by a 50 HP Honda outboard motor, the Zodiac will support our team during water search and rescue operations and K9 search deployments, giving our responders another tool to safely and effectively operate in and around the water.

We’d like to thank Rangers Hose Company, Girardville, Pa. for making this possible through their generous support.

As ITI continues to grow, we remain focused on building the equipment, training, and capabilities to support the communities we serve.

🐾 We’re proud to share a special partnership with the Russell County Sheriff's Office in Lebanon, Virginia!

ITI Disaster Response and Rescue recently had the opportunity to donate a K9 kennel for the Russell County Sheriff's Office K9 unit, helping get the vehicle ready for their newest K9 partner, Nova. 🚓🐕‍🦺

We’re grateful to have worked with Deputy Erik Hinchey, Sergeant Charlie Saltz, Major William Puckett, Colonel Bryant Skeen, and the rest of the Russell County Sheriff’s Office team to help make this possible.

For us, this is about more than providing equipment. It’s about neighbors, agencies, and organizations coming together with the same goal — keeping our communities safe and supporting the people and K9s who serve them every day.

We’re excited to see Deputy Hinchey and K9 Nova begin this next chapter together and are proud to play a small part in getting them ready to serve the Russell County community.

Thank you to everyone at the Russell County Sheriff’s Office for your continued dedication to protecting and serving your community. Stay safe, Deputy Hinchey and K9 Nova! 🐾💙

On National PTSD Awareness Day, we stand with the responders who run toward what others run from. 🖤
Post-traumatic stress is an injury — not a weakness. The people who show up on everyone else's worst day deserve to have someone show up for them.
Check on your firefighters, medics, dispatchers, and volunteers. Ask the second question. Remind them that asking for help is its own kind of strength.
It's okay to not be okay. You are not alone.
Need support, or know someone who does? Call or text 𝟵𝟴𝟴 — the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline. Free, confidential, and available 24/7.
