The Reflective Supervisor Training Program helps supervisors strengthen their leadership by building greater self-awareness and equipping them with practical strategies for conducting meaningful supervision conversations.

⭐️Registration is open for the next public Reflective Practice CE-CERT Training cohort! CE-CERT (Components for Enhancing Career Experience and Reducing Trauma) Training is a 6-month program designed to help professionals reduce burnout, manage stress, and build resilience.

Reflective Practice CE-CERT Training Program includes:
☑️ Ten hours of in-person training (Lincoln, NE)
☑️ Extended Learning Session - Supervising Intensive (optional but highly recommended for supervisors)
☑️ Consultation and coaching for ten virtual sessions over a five-month period

🆕We’d like to introduce the new and improved IECMH Clinician Directory on our website! This directory makes it easy to find and refer families to local Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health (IECMH) clinicians.

All clinicians on this directory have completed or are in the process of completing an implementation level training in:

▪️Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP),
▪️Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and/or
▪️Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

After six years of service, Meredith Wehrman is wrapping up her final week with us. Meredith has managed evaluations for both the Lancaster County Family Treatment Drug Court and the Safe & Healthy Families Court during her time with us. Her vast knowledge and skill has been invaluable in showing the difference therapeutic court infusion makes in the lives of children affected by parental substance abuse and domestic violence.
