The Reflective Supervisor Training Program helps supervisors strengthen their leadership by building greater self-awareness and equipping them with practical strategies for conducting meaningful supervision conversations.

⭐️Registration is open for the next public Reflective Practice CE-CERT Training cohort! CE-CERT (Components for Enhancing Career Experience and Reducing Trauma) Training is a 6-month program designed to help professionals reduce burnout, manage stress, and build resilience.

Reflective Practice CE-CERT Training Program includes:
☑️ Ten hours of in-person training (Lincoln, NE)
☑️ Extended Learning Session - Supervising Intensive (optional but highly recommended for supervisors)
☑️ Consultation and coaching for ten virtual sessions over a five-month period

All clinicians on this directory have completed or are in the process of completing an implementation level training in:

▪️Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP),
▪️Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and/or
▪️Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
