Giddyup Horse & Animal Rescue, Inc. Im in Missouri. I have rescued horses, donkeys minis, llamas, alpacas, sheep, goats, rabbits, emus, pheasants, chickens, peacocks, & more.

I am taking a break due to a bad fall breaking 3 back bones & 4 fingers. I also rehab wildlife.Fayes wildlife rehab Giddyup Horse & Animal Rescue is a 501 (c) charity registered in Cleveland, Missouri. Giddyup is a not-for profit business and saves animals in need including horses, minis, sheep, donkeys, llamas, alpacas, emus, exotic animals, rabbits, chickens, peacocks, pigs, cows, etc., rehabs

The horses today. Grass is dead here. Started haying already. Which sucks. Praying for rain!! Shi is still thin. He just doesn't gain. Ive had teeth floated, blood work done etc. Started him on ulcer meds. Love him, ive had him 16 years. He's 21. He sure cost me alot tho. Graining 2x daily with Sr feed. I hate posting his Pic but it is what it is. Dancer, Ebony, Betty Lou, & Shi. They're out in my drive and yard because pasture is ragweed and I have 3 bales out here. Messy tho

Im.sorry I haven't posted much this year. I had 2 bad falls days apart. Bent all fingers back and broke them in march. Still not healed. Then fell and fractured back and have bulging discs at 4 levels. Saw surgeon today and surgery is a definite. I could barely walk for months. I dont have help here so I quit taking g animals for awhile.

Kip is growing! He eats good. Chicken or venison or trout, sardines, occassional hot dog or can of viennas, etc. Had a guy donate a bunch of venison & some trout. By the time hes released, over $1000 is spent rehabbing him. I need to get live mice to teach him to hunt. These pics are older. He stays in his den til night.ive put a blanket in there, but he pushes it out. Ill try to get a recent one. His tail is so bushy now!

A heated brooder for the baby wildlife, 2 hanging soft beds for the squirrel & opposum & raccoon babies, and a can.of esbilac milk replacer. She also donated for Shis injured leg. 2 boys now, Rex & Rocky. Rocky was found in the road with a hawk next to him. Don't know if hawk had him, but no seen injuries. But he doesn't eat much and is lethargic. Worries me. I need antibiotics
