Free foreign language books! We're looking for folks or nonprofit organizations that will benefit from around two hundred books from translation dictionaries to novels to Harry Potter in Spanish. The Friends of the Lexington Public Library delivered a $12,000 check on June 18 to the Lexington Public Library Foundation. These are some of our happiest moments when our hard work in the lower level of the Central Library materializes! We love working with - they're also hosting acclaimed author Ann Patchett in the spring. Check their page for tickets.

Are there any Madison County scholars out there? We've received a scarce book Old Cane Springs which has a damaged front hinge. We're happy to get it to a Kentucky researcher for free!

We'll have 72 donuts, DIY book nook kits to give away to the 6th and 20th customer, and cardboard boxes for you to take your haul home in 📚 Our volunteers are happy to help bring material to your vehicle ☺️
