This Labor Day, we’re celebrating a lifetime of hard work, dedication, and service. 🇺🇸

Each month, our Veteran Quilt tradition gives us the opportunity to recognize veterans within the Lewisville Estates community and the stories they carry with them.

Today feels especially fitting to share two of our recent honorees and take a moment to appreciate not only their military service, but the many years of work, commitment, and contributions that have shaped their lives.

Today included chef-prepared meals, a creative craft, fun group exercise, movie time, organized games, and live music to finish the day. 🛍️🇸🇪 A Day at IKEA! 🇸🇪🛍️
We just returned from a wonderful group outing to IKEA! We enjoyed browsing and shopping, Swedish meatballs, and of course, all those delicious Swedish sweets! 😋
So many blue bags came home with all kinds of goodies! 💙🛒 And we were having such a good time that we completely forgot to take pictures of all 10 of us! 📸😂
It was a nice, leisurely day filled with great friends, good food, fun shopping, and lots of laughter. ❤️
Sometimes the best outings are the ones where you simply enjoy the day and enjoy each other’s company!

Our very first Assisted Living Sassy Hookers Club meeting was a success!

Last week our talented residents gathered for an afternoon of crocheting, conversation, and plenty of laughter. It was wonderful to see everyone sharing tips, encouraging one another, and enjoying time together.

We're excited to watch this new club grow and can't wait to see all the beautiful projects they'll create.

The Assisted Living Sassy Hookers Club meets on the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month at 1:00PM. Whether you're an experienced crocheter or just learning, we'd love to have you join us!
