We have had an increase of code enforcement cases calls (specifically City of Fort Myers & Lee County jurisdictions) due to construction or installation without permits. Majority of them aren’t new construction, the structure has been in place for over a year. Meaning they eventually catch up to you.

SN: I just realized how passionate we are about permitting & homeowners/contractors because we spoke up (out of turn) for a complete stranger & it wasn’t our case! But we had to speak up & correct some incorrect information !

🌟 Need a passport but can’t make it to our office during the week? No problem! We’ve got you covered!

This Saturday, May 2 from 9 a.m.-1 p.m., is hosting Passport Saturday! During this special event, our Official Records dept. in our downtown Fort Myers location will be open to help those who aren’t able to make it to our office during the weekdays.

Please make sure to visit www.leeclerk.org/passports before your visit to ensure you have all of the required documentation and information on the payment process requirements for both the U.S. Department of State and Clerk’s office.
