The Leedey Community Building is at 520 S Main next to Bison Short Stop or across the street from the Post Office if you are evacuating from Camargo area for fire. It is open if you need somewhere to go.

Tonight the Town Board awarded the following with awards for If I Were Mayor Essay contest:
1st place Harlie Steinle
2nd place Amalyn Switzer (not pictured)
3rd place Jax Welty

There were some great essays. Amalyn Switzer was also chosen as 2nd place winner for State and has been invited to the State Capital Friday to be recognized.

If anyone knows anything about the time capsule that was put in the Town Park in 1976 we would like to talk to you. It says to be opened this year and we would like to find the group that buried it so they can be a part of the Opening of the time capsule this year. Please give the Town Office a call 580-488-3616.
