🎶 UIL Concert & Sight-Reading Results – Symphonic Band 🎶

We are proud to share the results from the UIL Concert and Sight-Reading Evaluation!

The CCI Symphonic Band earned an Excellent rating on stage, demonstrating strong musical performance and preparation in their concert program.

Even more exciting, the band achieved a Superior rating in Sight-Reading, showing outstanding skill in musicianship, focus, and the ability to perform new music at a high level with very limited preparation time.

We are incredibly proud of these students for their hard work, growth, and commitment throughout the year. Congratulations to the Symphonic Band on a strong UIL performance and excellent representation of CCI!

We are proud to share the results from the UIL Concert and Sight-Reading Evaluation!

The CCI Wind Ensemble earned a Superior rating on stage, delivering an outstanding concert performance and representing CCI at the highest level.

In Sight-Reading, the ensemble received an Excellent rating, demonstrating strong musicianship, focus, and the ability to perform new music with skill and confidence.

We are extremely proud of these students for their dedication, preparation, and continued commitment to excellence. Congratulations to the Wind Ensemble on a fantastic UIL performance!

🎶 Gator Music Festival Results – Congratulations CCI Bands! 🎶

We are excited to share outstanding results from this year’s Gator Music Festival!

🏆 Wind Ensemble
Our Wind Ensemble earned a Division 1 rating from all three judges, the highest possible rating! This is an incredible achievement that reflects their hard work, preparation, and musicianship.

We also had several special recognitions:
🎺 Connor Cox (trumpet), Emma Vargas (flute), and Bowen Beesley (timpani) were named Outstanding Soloists
🥁 The Trombone Section and Percussion Section were both named Outstanding Sections

🌟 Beginning Band
Our Beginning Band also had an amazing performance, earning Division 1 ratings from all three judges—a fantastic accomplishment for these young musicians! The Percussion Section was additionally recognized as an Outstanding Section.

We are extremely proud of all of our students for their dedication, growth, and excellent representation of CCI. Thank you to everyone who supports our band program!
